I chose this hotel for a team retreat and it was perfect because it is located at walking distance from the tourism office across the street. The hotel provided a cozy and clean atmosphere, helpful staff, and a nice spa area to relax in after a long day. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a beautiful view of the mountains.
The one service that I missed for my work was a business center or a quiet work area.

Excellent traditional hotel in beautiful location in the restaurant which offered a good selection of dishes. Helpful and excellent staff of the venue. Cosy double room with lockers for skis. Location really close to the glacier, the lake and the mountains and the slopes, make and Val Claret. And only a 5-minute walk from Pala'fou. Very lovely overall experience.

Room Facilities: The rooms at Hotel L'Arbina are well-equipped with all the essentials, including comfortable linen and towels. The private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer was a welcome addition, making it easy to freshen up after a long day of skiing.
Lack of Elevators: The only downside I found during my stay was the absence of elevators. Being on the upper floor meant climbing a few flights of stairs to reach my room.

what a nice stay, no complaints whatsoever. cool place, beautifully maintained room, very nice staff. marvellous and good position right across from the ski lift. lots of delicious food at breakfast time.
